Electric cars are the future, and each year we’ve seen automakers add more EVs to their lineup. Everyone is working on electric vehicles, from well-established existing manufacturers to new names such as Byton, Lordstown, and Rivian. We’ve compiled a list of every electric vehicle, from concept to production, that isn’t available yet but will be soon.

 

23. Billinger B1 ( 2022 )

This electric car is from a startup company and it is high-end. The SUV that was previously released sold for $125,000. They are looking for people that want an SUV or truck and want to add additional options. There is torque and the vehicle can go from 0 to 60 in just under 5 seconds. The battery pack will go up to 200 miles without a charge. There is around a 5,000-pound payload capacity to this vehicle. This is a lot of potential for an electric truck.

22. Audi A6 e Tron ( 2022 )

This car is still in development but it will be lengthened, lifted, and there will be a wider version of this car. It will look like the A6 that will be gas powdered. This is one of the first premium platform electric cars from Audi. It will have 469 horsepower and an 800-volt charging option. It may be able to get as many as 400 miles per charge. This car will have all of the features a driver has come to expect from the Audi brand without having to worry about gas.

This is a unique vehicle as it has removable panels on the body. The sway bars in the front and rear can be disconnected. The car will sit around 20 inches off of the ground. There are geared axle hubs and there is a hydropneumatic suspension. There also is a closed tailgate. The car is going to cost around $125,000. Bollinger is accepting deposits for the 2022 sales date. Even with this high price, the sales have been impressive.

 

20. Cadillac Lyriq ( 2022 )

This is going to be the first electric car released by Cadillac. This is a single motor car with a rear-wheel drive and dual motor on all-wheel models. This car is said to get over 300 miles on a charge. This car is going to offer a DC fast charging station so it will charge quickly. The car has all of the great features of the Cadillac. There is a curved LED display screen that was developed by the same company that makes video games. This will allow a person to get the quality and the luxury they have come to expect from this brand.

 

19. Jeep Wrangler Magneto EV ( 2022 )

This is the battery powered edition of this popular model. This looks like a regular keep but there is a four battery pack that can put out 285 horsepower. The jeep is six speed manual and the motor will handle the clutch. While this is not happening quite yet it is said to be expected to be out by 2022. More information will be released as well as if this jeep can be used to go off the road and how durable it will be for this.

 

18. Kia EV6 ( 2022 )

This is one of the electric models that Kia is working on putting out. This is an E GMP car and can get up to 290 miles to the charge. The exact speculation and stats are yet to be released from KIA. Kia has been known to make reliable cars so this model should be no different from the others on the market. The major difference will be that it will be all electric.

 

17. Lexus EV SUV ( 2022 )

The Lexus is not about to be left out from releasing electric cars. This SUV will have front and rear motors and it will have 201 horsepower. The output is unknown at this time. While the prototype is being tested the real thing is expected soon and it is said to be a crossover like the other models that Lexus has put out. A person will be able to enjoy the size and durability of the SUV without having to worry about the gas mileage that it gets. All they will need to be is give it another charge.

 

16. Mercedes Benz EQE ( 2022 )

This model is midsized but is expected to be released sometime in 2021. It is the most popular design and will give a person more interior space. The exterior measurements of the car will still be the same. This is said to be all wheel drive with a motor in the front and the back. It is estimated to get around 200 miles per charge.

 

15. Mercedes Benz G Class Electric ( 2022 )

This is going to be in development. There can be a plug-in version or there can be another model in this class before it goes fully electric. The model is expected to be released sometime in 2022.

By that time it may be called the EQG model. Mercedes is looking to bring a touch of class and luxury to electric cars. A person will not have to worry about giving up comfort and quality for an electric car.

 

14. Telsa Cybertruck ( 2022 )

The design of this truck has shown to be impressive. The truck is massive and it can weigh over 900 pounds. There have been over 200,000 buyers that have put down a deposit on this truck and that was a week after the information on it was released. The truck will be similar to the Ford F 15. The body is made from stainless steel and it can get 250 miles to the charge. The truck will also be priced just under $40,000 for the base model. It is said to be released later in 2021.

 

13. Toyota bZ4X Concept ( 2022 )

Toyota is looking to put out an electric car before the year 2025. The bZ4x is going to be that model. It is going to be the future of electric cars. It looks similar to the Rav4 and there has not been a lot of information released on this. The basic model was developed with help from Subaru. There is a model with a front motor or a person can get the model with the rare motor. There may even be a dual motor.

The price is expected to begin around $40,000 for the base model.

12. Volkswagen I D Space Vizzon ( 2022 )

This car was first seen at an auto show in Los Angeles. The production is still going on and the car is said to hit the market sometime in 2022. While it may be hard to sell a wagon model in the United States the interior will be larger and the car will run smoothly. It is said this model will get up to 300 miles on a single charge. It impressed people at the auto show and it will be a matter of time before it is seen on the road.

 

11. Volvo C40 Recharge ( 2022 )

This brand already has some electric cards on the market that can go around 208 miles on a charge. This car is a sporty version of other models and there are twin electric motors. This car is said to be able to drive around 210 miles on a charge. The car is expected to begin around $55,000 and more information will come out later in 2021 as the car continues to be developed.

 

10. Faraday Future FF19 ( 2023 )

This car is going to get attention but some wonder if it will reach the production stage. An early model was shown back in 2017 and since that time it has been said that production is ready to begin. The car is said to have two rare motors that will allow it to put out 1050 horsepower. The car is said to go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just over 2 seconds. The company partnered with LG to create a 130. kWh battery pack. The car is said to go 378 miles on a charge. The release date is yet to be announced.

 

9. Genesis Essentia ( 2023 )

This car is a luxury couple that is sleek and stylish. There have been $90 million invested in the battery for this car and similar models. This is said to be the first luxury model from the Hyundai brand.

8. Lagonda All Terrain ( 2023 )

Aston Martin developed the Lagonda brand for the luxury title of electric cards. This is a full ride and there are some great features from the maker. The electric model is said to have some very similar features to the gas model. This car is expected to get around 300 miles each charge.

7. Mazda MX 30 (Expected: 2022 or 2023)

This is the first fully electric model to be released from Mazda. This is a smaller crossover with a rare half door that looks like the RX 8 sports car. This car has not been confirmed for a release on the market in the United States but it is projected to hit the US in 2022 later in the year. The car has a 35/5 kWg batty pack and will allow a driver to go 124 miles on a charge. This car has front wheel drive and 144 horsepower. Mazda is talking about using a small rotary engine and range extender but the final details have yet to be released.

 

6. Porsche Macan EV (Expected: 2023)

Porsche stated that the Macan is a crossover and it will be fully electric. This car will run on premium platform electric and it was developed with help from the Audi company. There will be an 800 volt tech and it will share electric motors and battery packs. Porsche is said to start production of this model sometime in 2022.

 

5. BMW iX (Expected: 2023)

This model is going to be on sale sometime in the early part of 2022. The European market will see this model before it is for sale in the United States. BMX is looking to power this SUV model with 500 horsepower and it will run 300 miles on one charge. It will also support DC fast charging. This car can go from 10 percent battery to 80 percent battery life in as little as 40 minutes. This car is the same size as the X5.

 

4. Volkswagen ID Buzz (Expected: 2023)

This car is said to launch in 2023 and will be similar to the Type 2 Microbus from the 1950s and 1960s. This car is going to get the attention of baby boomers and bring back some memories from them. The car will use the MED platform and the battery pack will be built into the floor. The car will be able to seat six to eight people.

 

3. Chevrolet Silverado Electric (Expected: 2024)

This car will offer the Ultium battery pack and will go up to 400 miles on a single charge. This truck will be fully loaded. Chevy did not state when they will begin production on this model but they want to put out at least 30 new electric cars by 2025. The battery-operated Silverado will be the first one released.

 

2. Cano Pickup Tuck (Expected: 2024)

This is a startup company that is based out of California. They are designing a pickup truck that is all electric. At this time it is simply known as the Pickup Truck. It is said to have 600 horsepower and will be able to go 200 miles on a charge. This is said to be a midsized truck and will offer a six to eight footbed. Preorders are being taken in 2021 and production is said to begin in 2023.

 

1. Cadillac Celestiq (Expected: 2025)

This car is expected to be released by 2025. This is going to be a four seat hatchback and will be all electric. This car is going to be built using the Ultium battery platform and will be able to go 300 miles on a single charge. There will be a dual motor and all wheel drive. There will also be four wheel steering. There will also be something new. This car will have a smart glass roof that consists of four panels. This will allow a level of transparency for each passenger. This will be the top of the line for the Cadillac, and the car will be sold for over $100,000. There will be more information available as Cadillac will be releasing it.
